About me
I offer a warm, collaborative and trauma-informed approach, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs and experiences. I have experience working with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties and relationship challenges, both within private practice and specialist trauma services. My work is grounded in evidence-based CBT models, including trauma-focused CBT approaches. Alongside my trauma work, I also have experience supporting individuals within oncology and haematology settings, working sensitively with the emotional impact of cancer, uncertainty, treatment, loss, adjustment and identity changes. I aim to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to move towards meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable for them.
