About me

I am an NCPS Accredited Psychotherapist and founder of LCI Counselling & Wellbeing Ltd. I provide a warm, grounded, and trauma-informed space where clients can safely explore what is happening beneath the surface and begin reconnecting with themselves. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, low self-worth, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals working in high-pressure and male-dominated environments, including frontline and corporate settings. My approach combines psychotherapy with practical emotional regulation, self-awareness, and nervous system understanding. I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and emotionally safe — not judged or rushed. Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, direct, and deeply intuitive. I aim to help people make sense of their experiences, understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping, communicating, and relating to themselves and others. Alongside private practice, I also provide workplace wellbeing and critical incident support for organisations across the UK. Whether you are feeling lost, exhausted, disconnected, or simply ready for change, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
