About me

My special interest is helping clients to overcome anxiety and phobia. I am also interested in assisting other personal changes such as improving health, gaining confidence, and overcoming the effects of trauma and neglect. But over my long career I've helped people with a wide variety of other issues, some very complex and unusual. I do not use scripts, and I treat every client as a unique individual. Hypnosis is a powerful tool for helping clients to gain more control over their own thoughts, feelings, imagination and reactions, but I also use other methods. In my nursing career I worked mainly in multicultural areas of London. I was recognised as having a particular ability to work with clients labelled as having "personality disorders," although I feel such labels aren't always helpful.
