About me
I work with people experiencing anxiety, low confidence, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, and the impact of painful past experiences or trauma. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns that are no longer working, struggle to trust themselves, or find it difficult to communicate openly and honestly in their relationships. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct. In therapy, I aim to help you better understand what is going on beneath the surface, how your past experiences may still be shaping your present life, and what continues to keep you stuck. Alongside reflection and insight, I also focus on practical change—helping you navigate difficult situations, communicate more openly, and take meaningful steps towards the life and relationships you want. My work is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt the work to fit you and your individual needs.
