Kate Vasyliushchenko

I am a trainee Person-Centered Counsellor with a strong passion for emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, non-judgemental, and grounded in creating a safe therapeutic relationship where clients can feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted. Alongside my professional training, I bring significant personal life experience, including lived experience of ADHD and ASD, and the emotional, relational, and everyday challenges this can bring. This has deepened my understanding of anxiety, overwhelm, masking, burnout, emotional sensitivity, feeling different, relationship difficulties, and struggles with self-worth and belonging. I believe healing and growth become possible when we are able to explore our feelings openly within a supportive and trusting space. I value authenticity, empathy, emotional intelligence, and the uniqueness of every individual’s journey. I am particularly interested in supporting clients with anxiety, self-esteem, emotional difficulties, relationships, neurodivergence, and personal development. I currently offer ▪︎ Remote Counselling sessions (via Google Meet or Telephone) in ▪︎ English and ▪︎ Russian. I always strive to continue to develop my knowledge and skills through ongoing professional training and personal growth.
