About me

Hello, I'm Rosemary, a psychodynamic psychotherapist with experience of supporting adults through challenging periods of their lives. This can include difficulties in relationships, feelings of loneliness and depression, bereavement and a sense of feeling lost, among others. I've found it can be particularly helpful to identify recurring themes and then understand their roots. Psychodynamic psychotherapy means we will look back at your life and try to understand how some of your early experiences and family dynamics may have shaped you today. I will listen carefully to you, considering both your conscious concerns and unconscious thoughts. Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent 15 years working as a professional in a corporate environment. This has also given me a good understanding of the various workplace pressures and dynamics. I work with adults, offering once-weekly, in-person sessions in Chancery Lane. I currently have spaces available on Thursdays. We would meet for an initial consultation session where we could consider your therapeutic needs and what would be most helpful for you before proceeding with once-weekly work.
