About me
From a psychoanalytic perspective, symptoms such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional distress or diagnosis's such as EUPD, BDP, manic depression etc are often connected to experiences and patterns that exist outside of our immediate awareness. Therapy provides a space to explore these patterns in depth, helping to develop greater understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the challenges you face. Some of the difficulties we may experience may be linked to childhood events or traumatic experiences we have been through. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, psychoanalysis seeks to understand the underlying emotional factors that contribute to distress. This can lead to meaningful and lasting change, helping you to feel more able to live authentically and relate more freely to yourself and others.
