About me

I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience working with adults in private practice, workplace settings and community services. I have supported people with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and ADHD-related challenges. I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing on relational practice, psychodynamic understanding, and CBT-informed techniques where helpful. My work is grounded in creating a safe, steady therapeutic relationship, where you can begin to understand your thoughts, feelings and patterns more clearly. I have experience working in both short-term and longer-term ways, including supporting clients within workplace contexts. I work online, which allows for flexibility and accessibility, and many people find this helps them feel more at ease. My aim is to support you in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and others, at a pace that feels right for you.
