About me
Born and raised in Manchester, and now a long-term London resident, I am a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive environment. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialise in working with the lasting impact of childhood experiences that continue to shape how you feel, relate, and see yourself in adulthood. Many of the women I work with feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in the same-old patterns in relationships, or caught in overthinking. I understand how confusing and painful that can feel. My approach is calm, collaborative, and grounded in both talk therapy and body based therapy. I won’t judge you or rush you. We will go at your pace, creating a space where you can feel understood, believed, and safe to share whatever is there.
