I have a Foundation Degree in Science in Integrative Counselling Practice. This was a 3-year degree BACP-accredited course with 1.5 year placement. I qualified in September 2025 and have been practising since then. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. So far, I have completed further training in: ASIST Suicide Prevention LGBTQIA+ Awareness with The Rainbow Project Safeguarding Mental Health First Aid Domestic Violence Intergenerational Trauma Certification course in Shame Resilience Introductory training in Integrative Family Systems Therapy and Compassionate Inquiry.
