About me
Hello, I offer psychotherapy for those who find themselves at a moment of transition, where the person they’ve been or the way they've learned to cope no longer seems to fit with who they are today. I offer a warm, non-judgemental, and creative space to explore your experiences, past and present, reconnect with parts of yourself which may have been cast aside, and nurture a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and congruent with who you are and who you are becoming. My approach is rooted in the belief that our earliest experiences shape how we see ourselves, how we are in relationship with others and the world, and that healing begins when we meet these younger parts of ourselves with compassion and curiosity. This need to come back to ourselves often comes when we experience challenging moments in our lives. Perhaps you have lost someone important to you, or perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in being a parent. Perhaps you are in mid-life, and you want to explore how the choices you made earlier in your life are affecting you now. Or perhaps you have started to have questions around your identity, your sexuality, your gender or your neurodivergence. Through a warm, collaborative approach that combines reflective conversation with creative expression, I offer a safe space to reconnect with parts of yourself that perhaps, out of necessity, had to be buried or hidden and protected, and are now ready to be seen and held. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, rediscover your inner wisdom and resilience so that you can create meaningful, lasting change in your life. If this resonates with what you are experiencing, please feel free to get in touch. I offer a free initial conversation so you can tell me about what is happening for you right now and ask any questions you have about a creative approach to psychotherapy and counselling.
