About me

You will be provided with a safe space to talk and explore whatever you bring. I will listen to you with warmth, respect and integrity. I have substantial experience of working with adults of all ages. I am specifically experienced in seeing clients who are feeling overloaded, and may be worried about "burnout" or have suffered trauma. My work has included seeing administrators, nurses, physiotherapists, doctors, retired people, teachers, leaders, managers and unemployed people. I also welcome seeing young adults in the midst of making important life choices. Often when people start their therapy they are in a crisis. Although they may not believe at the time that there is a way ahead, I can hold that belief alongside them that they will navigate it and come through. It is very rewarding to witness someone turning a corner for the better and I love accompanying clients into a better space.
