About me

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic models, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, helping clients gain greater self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change. I have experience supporting clients with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement, trauma, and life transitions. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective counselling and strive to create a safe, empathic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My aim is to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply, overcoming challenges, and building resilience so they can move forward with greater confidence and wellbeing.
