About me
Taking the step to begin counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, helping you find clarity and reconnect with your strengths. My flexible approach allows me to support you in a way that’s tailored to your needs - whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship tensions, or simply feeling lost in life’s complexity.

Training and qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, building on CPCAB Levels 2 and 3 in Counselling Skills and Theory. My experience includes supporting individuals within a hospice setting, where I worked closely with people facing life‑limiting illness, grief, and significant emotional transition. I have a particular interest in suicide bereavement and offer sensitive, person‑centred support to those navigating complex loss. My training and practice have strengthened my capacity for deep presence, empathy, and alignment, enabling me to work confidently with a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
