About me
I am an integrative therapist working online with adults in the UK and internationally. I work with people navigating a range of difficulties, from things that feel immediate or unclear through to more longstanding and complex experiences. This includes trauma, self-harm, suicidal thinking, neurodiversity, and challenges shaped by identity, relationships, isolation, and life circumstances. I have worked with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds, including those navigating migration and significant change. My experience also includes work in SEMH education and in an adolescent psychiatric intensive care unit, supporting young people with complex emotional and psychological presentations. This has shaped a way of working that can hold complexity and move through it at a pace suited to each individual. I have experience as a therapy client, and this has helped shape my understanding of what it can be like to be in that position. I work collaboratively, with attention to how things are developing for you, both in your life and in the work we’re doing together. If you’re looking for a therapist, you may already have a sense of what therapy involves. I won’t try to define that here. If something in my profile feels like a fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch and we can explore what you’re looking for from the work.
