About me

I offer support in a warm, inclusive space as you navigate life's challenges. Together, we’ll explore what you're going through and gently find a way towards healing, self-acceptance, emotional resilience and peace of mind. I'll be with you, going at a pace that feels right for you. I have experience working within the NHS and the charitable sectors as well as my private online and in person practice. My approach is collaborative, shaped around your unique needs. Drawing on a range of therapeutic models, I support you in a creative way that honours your story, pace, and goals I work from an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming perspective and offer a safe and supportive space for all clients Free Introductory Call I offer a free 15 minute call to help you learn more about how I work and to see whether I feel like the right counsellor for you, without any commitment to a full session. This call gives you the opportunity to share what has brought you to counselling and to ask any questions you may have about my approach. To arrange your free call, you can email me or get in touch through the enquiry form on my website
