About me

I work with professionals who are experiencing burnout, overwhelm, stress and anxiety that is spilling into their relationships, and they need a space to talk through what is happening for them. Come see me to discuss your life experiences, whether you are in crisis, feeling numb, grieving, or confused about your relationship or job. Working together, we will consider your thoughts and actions, recognise unhelpful patterns and become more aware of your needs and how to address these. I have helped clients with complex issues understand their patterns and explore options for living with less discomfort now and in the future. Most clients start to see improvement in their symptoms within months. I'm a relational and integrative psychotherapist, which means I tailor my approach to your specific needs and concerns rather than expecting you to fit into a single theoretical modality. I believe that the power of psychotherapy lies in the relationship we create in the room together, as I sit alongside you as you explore your life. You don't have to manage whatever you're feeling on your own. I offer a free 30-minute call to discuss how we might work together and decide whether to meet in person or online. I am based in London, but I can provide online sessions for anyone based in the UK.
