Hello, my name is Aralola, I have experience working with young people and adults in person and online. I specialise with self- harm, suicide, grief, low motivation, special educational needs, anxiety, bereavement, anger, relationships, coaching and motivation. Finding the courage to browse through this site is a brave step, it would certainly support you in working and resolving the issue that weighed you down for years, months or weeks. I have experience focusing on my clients personal needs, targets and developmental requirements. Working in this way has been supportive in building a professional alliance and forming goals in partnership. This has strengthened our counselling relationships. In supporting you to engage in my service I apply the following counselling skills: honesty, empowerment, attentiveness, diligence, and transparency. I can provide a safe in-person, online or telephone counselling service, I am able to work with your needs and requirements. With Comfort and Me counselling you would be working with a BACP and NCPS registered counsellor. This means that I adhere to the codes of practice and would be working ethically and safely. Additionally I am guided by the general data protection regulation (GDPR).
