About me

I have several years of experience working in in-patient adolescent psychiatry as well as 14 years of clinical experience in CAMHS both as a trainee and as a Highly Specialist Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist. I started full-time independent practice in South East London in 2014 where I work with adolescents and young people up to the age of 25 years. I also work with parents where the focus is on their concerns about their children and the relationship with their children. I see people in once weekly psychotherapy but do have availability to work more intensively when the need is acute. My practice is trauma informed and my training in dramatherapy, mindfulness and craniosacral therapy enhance my approach. I work at depth with an appreciation for what is at the root of your distress and my focus is on supporting you to make sense of your struggle. In my experience it is the relationship that we forge together that is at the heart of what brings about meaningful change. I offer clinical supervision to child & adolescent psychotherapists and counsellors.
