About me
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, stress, or simply feeling stuck. Sometimes it’s hard to even put into words what feels wrong — only that something doesn’t feel right. I offer a warm, supportive online space where you can talk openly and feel heard without judgement. I am a BACP-registered counsellor working online with adults. My training is pluralistic, which means I believe therapy should be shaped around you. There is no single “correct” way to do counselling — different people need different things at different times. Together, we can explore what you hope to gain from therapy and adapt our work to suit your preferences and goals. I draw from a range of approaches, including person-centred and relational counselling, alongside trauma-informed practice. At times we may focus on understanding patterns from your past; at others we might work more practically with coping strategies, emotional regulation, or building self-confidence. We can regularly review how things are going and adjust our direction if needed.
