About me
Hello, I’m Martyna - an integrative counsellor based in London. Grounded in Gestalt therapy and guided by relational and embodied principles, I see counselling as a collaborative process – where change, connection, and insight can emerge through presence and dialogue. Gestalt therapy places the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process and is rooted in the belief that healinghappens through authentic contact. I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and exploring questions of identity and meaning. I meet you as a whole person and tailor the work to your needs. Depending on what feels suitable, sessions might include creative experiments, mindfulness, or working with dreams. Whatever you bring, we’ll explore it together at your pace. I have a special interest in breathwork, mindfulness, and embodied awareness, and enjoy exploring how breath can enhance presence and support self-regulation. I continue to develop my integrative, body-oriented approach through ongoing professional training and reflective practice, ensuring the quality and integrity of my work. Alongside indoor sessions, I offer walking therapy across parks in East London. Many people find that being outdoors fosters a more equal, embodied, and spontaneous way of relating, with nature becoming part of the process. You’re very welcome to contact me to arrange a free 20-minute online consultation.
