About me
If you’ve ever felt anxious, held back, or struggled with self-doubt at work or in social situations, you’re not alone. I’m a London-based therapist working with young professionals who want to reconnect with their natural confidence and feel more at ease in themselves. My approach combines cognitive techniques, including CBT, with somatic therapy, helping clients explore how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact. Together, we work on reducing tension, quieting self-criticism, and responding to challenges with clarity and self-trust. This isn’t about “fixing yourself” — it’s about understanding how you work and building strategies to stay grounded, communicate more openly, and feel more at home in yourself, both at work and beyond. I offer one-to-one sessions tailored to your needs, and all work begins with a conversation — a safe space to reflect, slow down, and start feeling more like yourself again.

Training and qualifications
I’m a certified somatic practitioner and cognitive therapist based in Central London, combining mind and body approaches to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and at ease in themselves and their work. I trained as an Alexander Technique teacher at the Alexander Technique Training School (ATTS) in London and have been teaching since 2017, including mentoring new teachers at ATTS. I’m a proud member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT). Alongside my somatic training, I’m a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), trained at the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CCBT), specialising in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT). I’m also an accredited member of the UK National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). My work is grounded in integrity, care, and ongoing learning. I follow NCPS professional standards for safe and ethical practice, take part in regular supervision, and continue to develop my skills to best support clients in finding calm, clarity, and confidence in their everyday lives.
