About me

Being Human - with all its struggles and raptures, sunups and sundowns and everything between has always fascinated me. I am fascinated by you in fact, you and your story, and the transformation you have already begun by landing here. I am ready to meet you where you are now and offer an initial 30 minute free consultation to see if we might work together.

Training and qualifications

I am ready to meet you wherever you find yourself. We can start with a 30 minute free online consultation to explore your concerns and how we might be able to work together, without obligation. I live and practice in Whitchurch, Bristol and work part of the week at Clifton Village Practice Rooms as well as online or by phone, so we can connect wherever you may be. I am registered with The National Society of Talking Therapies (NSTT) and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) with master’s level Certification in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy CHP(NC), from the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP). I am currently working towards the requisite private therapy hours for full UKCP registration. I will bring to your therapy almost 25 years experience working with: addictive thought/feeling/behaviour patterns, mental health issues, trauma, significant life challenges supporting transitions through a range of psychotherapeutic approaches/methodologies, including: Hypnosis/hypnotic techniques; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); parts work, e.g., IFS model; Gestalt; Somatic (mind/body) therapy; trauma therapy including Eye Movement Reprocessing, Inner Child, narrative and dream work. I like to work creatively with people to co-author the therapeutic approach together, borrowing as needed from wherever feels pertinent, important and most natural to you.
