Having encountered many adverse situations throughout my own lifetime, I wanted to be able to provide a service to others to help them navigate similar situations that may have negatively affected their happiness. In practice for over nine years, I have earned the title of advanced hypnotherapy practitioner, I am also an EMDR specialist. I specialise in trauma, anxiety and depression. I am trained in a number of other effective techniques to assist you in changing mindset, building confidence and processing negative emotions.
