I am an integrative psychotherapist, shamanic practitioner, and clinical supervisor with over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals and groups through healing, growth, and transformation. My approach is holistic and tailored, drawing on a rich blend of modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My work integrates transpersonal psychology, psychoanalysis, shadow work, and shamanic practices. I offer a creative, compassionate space where I use approaches such as free association, mindfulness, guided visualisation, object relations, role play/chair work, past life regression, and energy healing. I also specialise in plant medicine integration, helping clients make meaning of profound, non-ordinary experiences. I have extensive experience supporting people through addictions, trauma, bereavement, abuse, sexual and relational issues, spiritual crises, and personal and professional development. I also have a background working with dual diagnosis and mental health challenges, both in private practice and within public services. My focus is on helping you explore your inner world safely, reconnect to lost parts of yourself, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and wholeness. I am professionally insured and a registered member of the UKCP.
