About me

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I began my journey as a counsellor working with charities, supporting individuals through a range of emotional challenges. Over time, I built my full-time private practice as a psychotherapist, offering a compassionate and professional space for personal growth. I provide a compassionate and confidential space for adults seeking support with a range of personal challenges, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, tailored to your needs. Depending on your goals, our work may involve exploring and re-evaluating deeply rooted patterns of behavior and belief systems shaped by early life. While these may have once served a purpose, they can sometimes hold you back in adulthood. Together, we will work towards lasting change, helping you cultivate a life that feels healthier, more fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are. I typically begin by scheduling an initial consultation with you. This meeting allows us to determine if we are a good fit and can work well together. During this consultation, I will ask you some key questions about yourself and your background to gain a clearer understanding of how I can support you. We will also discuss what led you to seek therapy. There’s no obligation or commitment at this stage—it’s simply an opportunity to explore the potential for working together. I understand that finding the right therapist can be challenging. To support this process, I offer a lower rate for our first private therapy session, available both in my London consulting rooms and online. Please check my website for more details.
