About me

My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, neuroscience and contemporary couple therapies. I believe that many of our present-day struggles are shaped by earlier relational experiences, often outside of our conscious awareness. By gently exploring these deeper patterns, we can begin to understand what may be influencing your current feelings, behaviours and relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I offer both: • Short-term, focused therapy (typically 12–24 sessions) • Open-ended, longer-term therapy for deeper exploration In individual work, we will reflect not only on your current difficulties but also on the underlying emotional themes that may be shaping them. In couples work, we explore the dynamic between you — what each partner brings into the relationship, how misunderstandings arise, and what may no longer be serving the partnership. Together, we work towards developing new ways of relating that foster appreciation, emotional safety and connection.
