About me
I grew up in Switzerland and in my twenties set off on a search for meaning travelling extensively and eventually I settled in the UK in 1997. I have had several different jobs including teaching and working with at-risk teenagers, and I am a mother of three young adults. I believe we all have the potential to live purposeful, meaningful and happy lives, while navigating the inevitable difficulties life throws at us. My core training is in Psychosynthesis, which is a holistic and integrative model. It sees the person as a whole: body, mind, feelings and spirit, and takes into consideration all human needs, from the basic psychological needs for security, love, acceptance, respect and recognition, to the needs for meaning, higher values and self-actualisation. I work in Lewes and London with young adults and older people, and can help work through trauma, depression, feelings of low self esteem and feelings of being stuck. I work alongside my clients helping them to transform deep rooted issues, and enabling them to move towards lasting positive change.
