Peter Meades

Dr Peter Meades is a UKCP-registered integrative psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with more than 25 years’ experience as a therapist and a 33-year career in the NHS. He now works in private practice in London, drawing particularly on relational approaches. His clinical work has given him a longstanding interest in men’s experiences of emotional distress, relationships, shame and identity, as well as the difficulties many men experience in asking for help. He is the author of I’m Fine (But Not Really), offering insights into men’s mental health.
