Born in London in the late 80s, like most young boys growing up in a western society Jonty was taught to be brave when he wanted cry and not show his emotions. After graduating university he went travelling to Asia where he was caught in the 2014 Nepalese earthquake, and upon returning to London he realised he was suffering from PTSD. He needed to release the trauma that his mind had created in his body, however felt restricted by the ingrained idea of always being a brave man. He found practices like yoga and meditation to be an invaluable resource in his path to let go of the constraints of masculinity. Now he wants to use his experiences to help other men to help themselves.
