Joan Inglis

Born in Liverpool in 1934, Joan went from acting in the British Repertory Theatre in the 1950s to the BBC in a secretarial and broadcasting capacity. In the early 1960s, a depressive mental illness lasted for three years. Later, Joan qualified as a psychiatric nurse and therapist.
