Greg Fricchione, MD is a neuropsychiatrist specialising in psychosomatic medicine. He is Associate Chief of Psychiatry and Director of the Division of Psychiatry and Medicine as well as the Pierce Division of Global Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital MGH . He is also the Director of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at MGH. It is here that he has been focused on research into the health effects of stress and of resilience and the importance of this knowledge for both personal health and community wellbeing. Dr. Fricchione is also a Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
