Emma Mahony

Emma Mahony is the author of two books published by HarperCollins - Double Trouble Twins and How to Survive Them and Stand and Deliver And Other Brilliant Ways to Give Birth . Her new book Better Late Than Never: Understand, Survive and Thrive - Midlife ADHD Diagnosis is published on 1st October 2020 by Trigger Publishing. Up until her diagnosis for ADHD, Emma worked as a journalist for The Times as Pets, Property, Shopping, Food and Drink, Gardening, and Family Travel editor, and freelanced for the Financial Times, the Guardian, the Independent and the Telegraph. Since her diagnosis, she re-qualified as a secondary school teacher of Spanish and French, and is part of the first cohort of Now Teachers, a charity which supports professionals to make a career change into teaching. She is married with three children and lives between Sussex and London.
