About me
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught between parts of your life or identity? You don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of my clients are exploring questions of culture, identity, relationships, or life direction, and I offer a warm, reflective space where we can explore these together, at your pace. You don’t need to arrive with a clear problem or direction — therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what feels stuck. Sometimes people come with a sense that something in their life, identity, or direction could feel different, even if they’re not yet sure how. You might relate if: - You're feeling anxious, low, stuck, or overwhelmed - You're navigating a significant life transition or relationship challenge - You feel caught between cultures, identities, or ways of being - You're curious about psychedelic preparation or integration (find out more at www.integrationcircle.online) I have a particular interest in working with expats, mixed-heritage individuals, third-culture adults, and internationally mobile professionals. Approach & Experience: - UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist - An integrative approach drawing on relational, person-centred, somatic, mindfulness-based, and parts-based perspectives - With Eastern European and West African heritage, I grew up across France and Germany — my lived experience of migration and multiple cultural identities informs my work directly Practical Info: - Sessions available online or in-person (Shoreditch, E1 and Harley Street, WG1) - Individual sessions: £80/£145 | Couples: £120/£195 (depending on location) - Free 20-minute introductory call - Sessions in English, French, German, Serbian, or Spanish - Approved provider for Bupa, Bupa Global, Allianz Worldwide Care, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality Health, WPA, Freedom Health Insurance, and General & Medical Healthcare Background: “We often carry more than one culture, more than one story, and more than one Self.” Many of my clients feel caught between identities, languages, or ways of being, or are navigating transitions that make life feel uncertain or overwhelming. In therapy, we explore not only challenges but also the deeper questions that shape who you are — your identity, values, and the life you want to build. Having grown up across multiple countries and cultures, I understand the subtle tensions of living between worlds. I bring that perspective, alongside relational and somatic approaches, into a collaborative space where your experiences are honoured and reflected upon with care. Therapy with me is warm, thoughtful, and entirely at your pace. If you're wondering whether therapy with me might be helpful, you're very welcome to reach out for a short introductory call so we can explore whether it feels like a good fit.
