About me

You may be tired of feeling anxious all the time and just want someone to help you make sense of it. Perhaps you’ve spent years masking and don’t know how to stop. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma, burnout, or relationships that left you doubting your own feelings. I help people with: • Anxiety • Depression / low mood • Trauma and emotional overwhelm • Burnout and chronic stress • Feeling disconnected from your emotions or unsure how to identify what you’re feeling • Masking, identity exploration, and neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, AuDHD) • Numbness, stuckness or feeling “not like yourself” Many of the people I work with describe feeling numb, on autopilot, or as if they’re watching life happen. Others appear capable on the outside but feel anxious, low, or overwhelmed inside. Some are living with ongoing anxiety, depression, or symptoms that feel hard to name. Our sessions offer a space to breathe, make sense of what’s been heavy, and begin to trust your own rhythm again. I’m a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming counsellor offering online or phone sessions across the UK and in-person therapy in comfortable, spacious and private rooms in Barnet and Camden. My approach is curious, collaborative, and grounded in real understanding. While I work with all types of people, I have extra training in working with people who are neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, newly or later diagnosed, and those still exploring the possibility. As a neurodivergent counsellor myself, I bring both lived and professional experience. I blend logic, theory, and understanding to help you find approaches that work for your brain and your life with the aim to make therapy accessible, meaningful and actually useful. However you arrive, you don’t have to face it alone. Counselling can help you to feel like yourself again, and support you in managing anxiety, low mood, or emotional overwhelm. If you’d like to explore working together, please get in touch to arrange a free 20-minute consultation. It’s a chance to ask questions, see how therapy feels, and decide whether this is the right fit for you.
