Many of the people I work with are used to supporting everyone else but feel overwhelmed inside. They may be dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression or burnout, and find it hard to switch off or feel at ease. I offer calm, practical online therapy that helps people understand what’s happening and take manageable steps towards the life they want to live. I’m a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and also work with EMDR, using evidence-based approaches that help people feel more confident, capable and able to move forward. I work with adults of all backgrounds, regularly supporting people who are neurodivergent, from the LGBTQ+ community, and those in later life. I began my career as a psychiatric nurse and have worked in mental health since 1989 across clinical and leadership roles. Over time it became clear that direct therapeutic work is where my experience can be most helpful, so that is now my main focus.
