About me

If you’re navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, or feeling lost, I recognise how overwhelming it can be to find your way through difficult emotions. Whether you're struggling with family dynamics, low self-esteem, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, it can be hard to know where to start. My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.  I specialise in supporting individuals and couples facing relational difficulties, with a particular focus on couples therapy. If you're experiencing communication breakdowns, recurring conflicts, or challenges in intimacy, I offer a compassionate space for you to work through these issues together. I take a sex-positive and inclusive approach, respecting all kinds of relationships and their unique dynamics.  Working collaboratively, we will explore how patterns, beliefs, and past experiences may be impacting your connection. I believe in the power of relationships to heal, and my role is to provide you with the tools and support to navigate challenges in a way that promotes deeper understanding and intimacy. With extensive experience in private practice and adult mental health services within the NHS, I have had the privilege of working with both individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. I have successfully guided many clients through anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and relationship issues, helping them move toward positive, lasting change. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to bring your authentic self into a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore the challenges you face and work toward a meaningful transformation—whether that’s healing within yourself or strengthening your relationship.
