Sophie is an experienced, sensitive and open minded therapist, a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) for over 13 years.
Offering space for those experiencing difficult life transitions (divorce/mid-life/empty nest), confusion, weariness and hopelessness.
A Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist trauma-informed, addressing somatic symptoms and systemic inter-generational legacies. She incorporates compassion & awareness practices to support the stuck and struggling places within. Her therapeutic work with clients is tailored specifically to each individual depending on what is required.

Free 20 minute phone consultation in which to discuss your thoughts and concerns.
Current rates are £80-£100 per session depending on location and time of day of session.
Highly Flexible Psychotherapy for the modern lifestyle : Option of hybrid online and in-person sessions. Sessions can be once or twice weekly either face-to-face or online.
