I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Occupational Psychologist. My experience includes working with relationship issues, anxiety, loss, bereavement, inter-generational trauma, migration and immigration, infertility, menopause, depression, low self esteem, redundancy and family issues.

I have specialist knowledge and training on infant and pregnancy loss.  I combine my work as a therapist with many years of experience working as an occupational psychologist in industry to encompass all aspects of mental health support for adults in the workplace. 

I trained at WPF Therapy in London, one of the UK's largest and most respected psychotherapy training institutions. In addition to offering therapy online, I practise in three locations in London; Golders Green, Kings Cross and the City.

I am fully registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council, the UK Council for Psychotherapy and BACP.  

I follow strict ethical and professional standards that include clinical supervision and continued professional development.
