Hi, I'm Shannon. I have 12 years experience as a registered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC) and 20 years experience in the mental health field. I am currently the Clinical Director at Complete Psychology Limited.

It may be that you don't suffer from a mental health condition but experience significant difficulties in your relationships, at work, regulating your emotions, parenting, etc. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and collaborative space in which to explore your difficulties and develop strategies to make the changes you desire.
During my career, I have developed skills using therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Therapy. I tend to integrate a variety of approaches in my treatment planning to suit your unique needs.

Training and qualifications
I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society. I have a MSocSci degree in Clinical Psychology, as well as a BA Honours degree in Psychology and a BA in Humanities. I completed a 12 month clinical psychology internship in South Africa in 2012. I have been registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa since 2012. I recently was awarded a Family Expert Witness Certificate from Cardiff University Law School (2023).
