About me

I and an Adoption-Informed Therapist Program, enabling me to work with Adoptees with specific adopted related issues. I've recently embarked on further training in Trauma Informed Practice and Autistic Informed Training, widened my knowledge and adding to my tool kit to better support clients with these specific needs. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, authenticity and most importantly non-judgement. Being Person Centred fundamentally, with aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt interwoven for your individual needs. I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and discover the strength within you. I truly believe everyone is their own expert with the ability to help themselves, with the right tools and guidance. Taking the 1st step is the hardest, let's embark on a transformative journey together. My Counselling room is a warm, safe space in the Cornish Country side surrounded by green fields and bird song.
