About me
Whether you’re feeling stuck, searching for meaning, or navigating the complexities of relationships and emotions, I offer a dynamic, integrative approach that begins right where you are. A core part of my work is helping you understand the “why” behind what you’re experiencing. Together, we bring clarity to your inner world - exploring patterns, defences, and behaviours that may be shaping your life without your full awareness. From this understanding comes choice: the ability to move differently, respond consciously, and meet yourself with honesty and care. Rooted in psychosynthesis and archetypal psychology, my approach embraces the full spectrum of being human: the conscious, the hidden, and the unknown. I help make sense of what feels tangled or uncertain, uncover meaning in your experiences, and support change that feels grounded, authentic, and truly your own. With over 30 years’ experience across the voluntary, statutory, and commercial sectors, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life. I support clients through anxiety, depression, stress, family dynamics, neurodiversity, and relationship challenges, with particular expertise in behavioural change, identity and sexuality, trauma, and grief and loss. My practice is built on the understanding that mind, body, and feelings are deeply interconnected. Real change happens when we pay attention to all three, opening the way for deeper self-understanding, more genuine relationships, and a stronger sense of wholeness. I work in a soulful way - attuned to what feels meaningful, human, and alive within you. For some, that’s spiritual; for others, it’s creative, relational, or simply a longing to feel more present and real in the world. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your uniqueness. We each carry our own story, rhythm, and way of being, and sometimes, we lose touch with that. Therapy offers a path back toward clarity, connection, and the possibility of living in a way that feels true.

Fee structure
I offer a sliding scale for therapy sessions ranging from £65 to £110, based on income and affordability. This approach allows therapy to remain accessible based on individual circumstances. A quarter of my practice is reserved for those on lower incomes, and I also partner with two charities to provide therapy to people who might otherwise not have access. Operating a sliding scale supports an ethical way of working that recognises inclusivity and community.
