About me
I have been practising as a psychotherapist since 2017 after an intensive training at one of Britain's leading institutions. I see clients up to three times a week either online or in person at my practice in central south London. Formerly, I was a journalist covering major home and foreign news stories for a national newspaper. I recently completed a book about compassion, published by Quarto.

Training and qualifications
I completed a five-year clinical training in adult psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the British Psychotherapy Foundation, qualifying in 2017. This was preceded by a MSc in the Psychodynamics of Human Relationships at Birkbeck, the University of London. I also spent six years as an honorary psychotherapist at the Gordon NHS psychiatric hospital, central London. I am currently training to become a couples psychotherapist at the British Psychotherapy Foundation, where I was recently appointed a trustee.
