About me

Therapy that’s direct, compassionate, and practical, for when you’re ready to stop just coping and start living with more confidence and ease. I work with high-achieving midlife professionals who appear confident and successful on the outside but often carry a very different story inside. You might lie awake with a racing mind, find it impossible to switch off even on holiday, or feel as though the spark that once drove you has faded. For some, work or alcohol has become a way to cope; for others, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or perfectionism feels relentless. It can be exhausting to keep pushing on while privately struggling with anxiety, low mood, or disconnection. My approach is direct, practical, and compassionate. I’ll listen carefully and help you make sense of what’s happening, but I’ll also be honest and share strategies you can put into practice right away. Clients often tell me they value this balance, feeling properly understood while also leaving sessions with clear tools they can apply in their everyday lives. Therapy with me isn’t only about managing anxiety, burnout, or low mood. It’s also about rebuilding confidence, setting healthier boundaries, and finding new ways to respond to pressure and uncertainty. Many of my clients discover a stronger sense of who they are, greater resilience, and the freedom to live with more balance and fulfilment.
