  Fully qualified Counsellor and I am licensed in the UK with 3 years plus of professional work experience and studied for 4 years. The past 4 years I have worked with adults of all ages as well as adolences. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, exam anxiety, and general mental health. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am a therapeutic counsellor who is Person Centred based. I am here to listen and not judge, together we will explore ways in which you can help yourself go forward and have a better understanding of your feelings. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
