About me
Who are you, deep down, when the noise quiets and you're simply with yourself? Who are you, beyond the stories you've been told, or created about yourself? Do you repeat old patterns, even when they hurt? Can you be fully yourself in your relationship? What does it mean to live with integrity, after disconnection, loss, or betrayal? Do you experience and manifest your erotic preferences, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ affinities, and relating model freely and genuinely? You may be navigating a crisis of meaning, questioning your sense of self and self-value, struggling with trust or intimacy, carrying the weight of emotional trauma, or feeling disconnected from your body or your desire. Perhaps something in you is asking to be seen more fully, to live with more truth and depth. You might be questioning traditional models of love or stepping into polyamory, open relating, or ethical non-monogamy (ENM). You may also be exploring the edges of your desire, curious about kink, fantasies, or what turns you on in ways that feel both liberating and confusing. Perhaps you're drawn to deeper intimacy, but old wounds around shame, rejection, or power keep resurfacing. These are tender and vital places to explore, where longing meets vulnerability, and where your truth wants to be lived more fully. You may be integrating insights from altered states of consciousness, whether through psychedelics, breathwork, or spontaneous spiritual openings, that have shifted your sense of self or reality. These transpersonal experiences can be profound, beautiful, but also disorienting, and they deserve careful support and grounding. I'm a psychotherapist, somatic therapist, and existential coach. My work is grounded in the belief that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, rather, it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been forgotten, suppressed, or wounded. I offer a space where we can explore what matters most in your life, at your pace, without judgment. I work from a place of curiosity and presence. My approach is existential, embodied, and relational. That means we explore not only what you're going through, but how you are relating to it, what it means to you, and how it shapes the way you experience yourself, others, and the world. In our sessions, we might talk about vulnerability, identity, sense of self, belonging, meaning, sexuality, or the ways past wounds show up in present relationships. We may tune into the body, hone your ability to listen the subtle messages within, or track delicate shifts in feeling and awareness. You won't be expected to perform or fix yourself. You’ll be invited to arrive just as you are, and we’ll work together to uncover what’s true and meaningful for you. I draw from existential psychology, logotherapy, somatic and trauma-specific methods, internal family systems (IFS), phenomenological and non-violent communication (NVC), spiritual traditions, and a deep respect for your inner experience. Whether you're wanting to heal your relationship, untangling from emotional abuse, desiring to deepen your intimacy, seeking more authenticity in how you love or live, or integrating a psychedelic journey, I’m here to support that unfolding.

Fee structure
The pricing of my sessions is structured on a sliding scale ranging from £80 to £170, inviting individuals of varying affluence to engage in a conscious reflection on the value they place on our shared journey. This model respects your autonomy in determining the worth of our collaboration, harmonizing the exchange with both your resources and the depth of transformation you seek. Beyond this, the structure serves a greater purpose: the contributions from those who are able to pay higher rates facilitate a broader inclusivity. This approach allows me to offer concessions to individuals from less affluent backgrounds, ensuring that financial limitations do not obstruct their path to meaningful support. By participating in this model, you contribute to a system of equity and accessibility, fostering a therapeutic space where financial barriers are softened, and all voices can be heard. This shared commitment not only enriches our individual journeys but also upholds a collective responsibility, promoting a deeper sense of communal care and mutual enrichment.
