About me
I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and supervisor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I trained at The Minster Centre, London, one of the UK’s leading institutions for integrative psychotherapy. My professional insurance is with Balens Europe. I have a private practice in Tralee for face-to-face sessions and I also work online, via Zoom, with clients and therapists in the UK and well as in Ireland. Alongside my private practice, I currently Supervise with One in Four, London and have worked with MIND, Watford Women’s Centre, and The Minster Centre Low-Cost Therapy Service, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I work with adults seeking support with issues including, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, loss and life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with people who have experienced trauma in childhood. My approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in almost a decade of clinical experience and a lifelong interest in how people find meaning, balance, and resilience. I approach therapy as a collaborative process and offer a confidential, compassionate space to explore what is happening in your life and to work toward a greater sense of clarity and self-understanding. Sessions are available both in person and online. Clinical Supervision for Therapists and Counsellors I hold the Diploma in Integrative Supervision from the Minster Centre which is accredited by the UKCP. My supervision practice is informed by the Hawkins & Shohet Seven-Eyed Model and the Stoltenberg and McNeill developmental framework, integrating both theoretical depth and reflective experience. Taking a relational approach, I offer supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists from all modalities, providing a supportive space to reflect on clinical work, professional growth, and ethical practice. My aim is to facilitate thoughtful, grounded supervision that supports practitioners in deepening their awareness and sustaining their wellbeing and development as well as that of their clients. Supervision is available one-to-one or in small groups, both in person and online.
