About Manjeet Manjeet is an psychotherapeutic Psychodynamic coynsellor with specialist expertise in supporting people with emotional dysregulation, trauma, eating disorders and family conflict. Manjeet has worked in a range of settings, including specialist schools,NHS, MIND and at the PRIORY hospital specialising in addiction and eating disorders, and now divides time between private practice and working as child and adolescent counsellor at domestic abuse charity and a specialist school. Manjeet supports clients in developing skills to manage overwhelming emotions, build resilience and strengthen relationships. She believes therapy offers a meaningful space for growth, healing and self-discovery, and is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative and non-judgemental environment where people feel safe to explore their experiences. Central to Manjeet's approach is the therapeutic relationship, which she views as a powerful catalyst for change. Working with openness and authenticity, she supports clients reconnecting with their authentic self and moving towards greater self-acceptance, autonomy and wellbeing. Grounded in anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practice, Manjeet tailors treatment to the unique needs of each person and works inclusively with people from diverse backgrounds.
