About me
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling work, relationships, and the many expectations placed on you. You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, self‑doubt, or finding it hard to feel connected to yourself or others. You don’t have to face these experiences alone. I’m an integrative psychotherapist working with adults who feel stretched thin, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I support are dealing with anxiety, overthinking, stress, low self‑esteem, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting women through fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, postpartum changes, and menopause. Our sessions offer a calm, confidential space to breathe, slow down, and gently explore what sits beneath your struggles. My approach is relational, person‑centred, psychodynamic, and mindfulness‑based. We’ll work collaboratively, uncovering patterns that keep you stuck while building practical tools you can use in daily life to feel steadier, clearer, and more grounded. Whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, heal old wounds, and reconnect with what truly matters. I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as we make sense of your inner world together.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling from Regent’s University London and am a member of the BACP. I am currently in the final year of my Master’s in Psychotherapy & Counselling at Regent’s University London, and I am working towards UKCP accreditation. Alongside my formal training, I undertake ongoing independent study and CPD, with particular focus on perinatal mental health, attachment, and working with trauma, which are core areas of interest in my clinical practice.
