Lorraine Green Integrative psychotherapist , EC1V
Hello. I offer my clients a safe environment to explore their emotional issues. I help clients explore psychological difficulties or life experiences which are disrupting their emotional well-being. I work towards an outcome which helps clients, address; change or better manage the impact problems are having on their lives. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual and I have experience of a wide range of psychological problems.
I trained as an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on more than one theoretical approach. The main approaches I draw on are psychodynamic, solution-focused and elements of CBT. More recently I have completed further training in systemic practice working with families and couples. This mode of therapy explores the systemic patterns affecting relationships. I also currently do a lot of work with fire fighters and have a specialist interest in trauma and PTSD.
Short-term sessions of 6-12 are available.
